For a stump that small I'd suggest that you just dig down enough to saw it off below ground level. Then drill several holes in the stub and fill with brush killer liquid. Once it has soaked in just fill in with dirt. Something that small is not all that hard to deal with. I think any stump man is going to charge more to drive out to your house than he does to grind your stump. Mike
