Exterior painting question
When painting the outside of a house (1906 stucco), should you use a power washing/ pressure washing system or wash with a garden hose and brush. We're getting estimates and the painters all seem to want to pressure wash. I'm concerned about damage, the amount of water pouring against the foundation and possibly into the basement, etc. Are they just trying to take the quick route? thanks!
