Bob, I did not answer your question simply because I did not fully understand it and I am not much of a concrete expert. Maybe others did not know either and that is why they did not reply or maybe they did not know what you were trying to ask. I would hate to ask a question and have 50 people reply "I don't know" it would junk up the whole message board.
