Carpet Tacking Strip - HELP!
I am using the claw part of the hammer to try to get the tacking strip up. It won't come up and is splintering. What else can I use?

I used a mini-pry bar, the kind that you use to gently remove molding. It's maybe 8 inches long, and works perfectly for this job. Maribeth Misty Glen <mistyglen@... I am using the claw part of the hammer to try to get the tacking strip up. It won't come up and is splintering. What else can I use?
